HOW WE PARTNERED UP
As fate would have it, the Maui community played an integral role in bringing Ashley and Natalie together. Bound by the forces of the universe (and Iao Valley), their paths kept intertwining until one fateful day. Seated upon a serene rock, lost in contemplation(or maybe just tired), their eyes met once again, and this time, destiny prompted them to exchange phone numbers, taking their connection to another level. With their feet dipped in the water, they were instantly engaging in heartfelt conversations, getting to know each other on a profound level. It was during this time that Natalie expressed her desire to find a community of like-minded couples to bond with. Eager to support Natalie's quest, Ashley insisted they embark on double dates together, alongside her husband and the rest is history.
What had initially blossomed as friendship soon morphed into something extraordinary, taking on a life of its own. Natalie began attending Ashley's yoga classes, while Ashley eagerly joined Natalie at the Maui Stretching Club. They had a blast on their double dates and somewhere along the way, Ashley excitedly proposed the idea of becoming matchmakers, helping people find love. In that very moment, Natalie's ears pricked up, for she had already attempted to start her own matchmaking business earlier that year. However, she soon realized that the endeavor required a partner, and the workload was overwhelming alone. Time elapsed, and a few months later, Partner Up Hawai'i was born—a product of their shared dreams and aspirations born from their love for love.
